A UNA MANO, TODA VÍA A UNA MANO WITH ANGELS' PUDDING RECIPE

ANGELS’ PUDDING RECIPE ADAPTED FROM NOLA xiiii-5 MANJAR DE ANGELES

Ingredients


2 qts milk
10 oz ricotta cheese
9 oz sugar
¼ lb cheese grated
¼ lb week old bread
12 egg yolks
chopped mint leaves
2 tsp saffron crushed and dissolved in a little milk

Garnish:
¼ lb sugar
2 cinnamon sticks ground

Preparation


In put the milk into a mixing bowl and beat in the rest of the ingredients except those for the garnish. If too thick add a little more milk. When all is well mixed pour the mixture in a saucepan and heat, stirring circularly from left to right of from right to left  until it thickens. Remove from heat and cover, letting it set. Before serving, garnish with sugar and cinnamon.
