Ingredients
5/12 oz cinnamon[3]
¼ oz cloves
1/12 oz ginger
3/8 c white caster
sugar
½ l white wine
½ l red wine

Preparation
Grind the spices and
the sugar. Put them into an
earthenware pot and add the wines. Bring to a boil. Strain through a
cheesecloth until the liquid is clear. Serve warm.
