lb pork chops

c figs (300 gr)

tsp cinnamon

tsp mashed and diluted saffron
3
tsp ginger

c vinegar
½
c sugar
Dice
pork chops and cook them on a spit.
Prepare
the rocket as follows: Shed it and scald it 7 or 8 times. They take dried figs
that have been soaked in hot water and good spices; add enough saffron to turn
the ingredients yellow. Chop well and season with vinegar. The add sugar or
syrup.
