FRIED FISH BY THE MEDIEVAL SPANISH CHEF
For 4 persons

Ingredients

4 small fresh hake
1 c breadcrumbs
2 raw eggs
1 tsp fresh chopped dill
olive oil for deep frying

Preparation

Clean hake and remove inners and fins. Wash thoroughly. Dip into breadcrumbs and then cover with slightly beaten egg yolk. Fry if boiling olive oil.
