THE MEDIEVAL SPANISH CHEF’S RECIPE
FOR HAM AND CHEESE TAPAS
2 slices of flatbread (pita is fine)
50 gr cheese
25 gr. serrano ham

Cut flat bread into diamonds. Toast 2
minutes in toaster. Remove.
Remove rinds from cheese thinly slice
into diamond shapes. Place on top of the bread.
Shed ham and cover the cheese with
this. Toast for one minute in the toaster. Remove and garnish with oregano
